IOWA TARS SUMMER TOUR This summer TJ Augustine along with other TAR officers want to visit your county and your event. We will be more than happy to also have a short presentation on the Iowa TARS and what teenagers mean to government. TJ visited Webster County and Newton last summer and he and many more Iowa TARS are hoping to make that list much longer this summer.
